We have seen all card reader errors reported resolved with a factory reset. If you are experiencing any issues, please reach out to Dripos Support at (781) 583- 3699.
In order to avoid any issues, it is imperative that you are on the latest Dripos software version. The current version of the POS is v1.11.66-2c. If you are not on this version, please go to the App / Google Play Store, search Dripos POS, and click on the page to see if an app store update is available. Additionally, if you see an update banner at the top of your POS, please click to update.

Our payments partner Stripe reported degraded performance this morning, and we are receiving reports of some card readers being affected. This issue is also affecting certain POS devices, which are showing offline. If this is the case, please call or text support at (781) 583-3699.
This issue may also cause reader errors. If you are seeing a 'connection timeout' on your card reader, please:
- Remove your reader from your POS Settings - Factory reset your reader by holding down the power button and two volume buttons at the same time - Re-pair your reader from scratch
